Explore gallery night
There’s no starting point and no prescribed route. Pick a few places that interest you, follow the map—or just follow your curiosity.
What is North Park Gallery Night?
North Park Gallery Night is an invitation to experience art in motion—to move through the neighborhood, follow your curiosity, and discover artists in local businesses, creative spaces, unexpected corners, and places you may have walked past a hundred times.
On October 15, businesses and creative spaces throughout North Park will become destinations for art, while artist outposts and public art discoveries make the journey between them part of the experience.
What It Creates
When you create pathways through art, you create pathways between people.
Artists gain visibility. Neighbors meet. Local businesses become creative gathering places. Vacant storefronts can transform into temporary galleries, sidewalks can become artist outposts, and familiar streets can feel entirely different when we experience them together.
Gallery Night makes it easier to encounter art, meet the people who make it, and perhaps even begin collecting—all within an experience that feels open, welcoming, and woven into the neighborhood itself.
An Ongoing Experiment
Gallery Night began in September 2025 with a simple question: What would happen if we created more ways to encounter art throughout North Park?
Since then, it has taken different forms—from neighborhood-wide Gallery Nights to the North Park Spring Art Walk, which brought more than 40 artists together in the Mini Park.
Each iteration teaches us something new about how art can create connection between artists, businesses, neighbors and the places we share.
This October, Gallery Night returns to its wandering roots—and expands the ways art can show up along the way.
