Woven and Sewn

Connection and community have always been at the core of who I am. Deep connection feels like a thread—something I’ve spent my life trying to understand, nurture, and grow. Along the way, I’ve learned to let go, to dig deeper than I ever thought possible, and to begin trusting—something I’m still learning to do.

Through coaching, therapy, and artist mentorship, I’ve come to see how my creative process mirrors my relationship to others. There’s a rhythm to it: interconnection, unraveling, weaving back together. It reflects the truth of being human—how much we need each other, and how difficult true connection can sometimes be.

It’s easy to overthink or intellectualize the need for connection. But the heart knows better.

My hope is that these pieces shift awareness—away from the noise of the mind and into the body, the gut, the heart. That they invite us back into our deep humanity, where connection isn’t just understood—it’s felt.
